Aunty Maria is the 24-hour coffee shop in Hotel Fidalgo that serves light bites, desserts, savouries, hot and cold beverages and Goan speciality meals at night when other restaurants in the hotel are closed. They offer a wide range of bakery products ranging from elaborate desserts to cookies, cheesecakes and cheese straws. Those who don't have a sweet tooth can choose from Garlic Cheese Bread, Chicken/Mutton/ Prawn Biryani and some savouries. The range of beverages is good. For coffee, try Cafe Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso and Cafe Mocha. You can also order Almond Frappe, Fudge Brownie Shake and fresh fruit juices. The Chocolate Trouffle Pastry and Pineapple Pastry are worth trying. Go for their midnight buffet if nothing is available during that time in that area.
