Consistency is something for which Chinoiserie deserves top marks and accolades. Other than their food, of course. This is the place to come to if Cantonese and Schezwan fare is your weakness. Chinoiserie at Taj Bengal has seen renovations, new chefs from China and new menus... painstaking and meticulous planning has ensured that it continues to give its patrons excellent quality. Lotus-pink furnishings, formal table setting and stemware emphasize fine dining. Sample the Pork Dim Sum, Stir-fried Veggies with Mushroom, Golden Corn, Broccoli in Black Pepper Sauce, Pork Belly, Stir-fried Spicy Lamb and Mongolian Chicken. They serve signature dishes like the Peking Duck and Crackling Spinach. Vegetarians can start with the Tofu Tossed with Chinese Sea Salt, dim sums, move on to stir-fried/wok-tossed vegetables, which can be had with noodles or fried rice. The vegetarian variety is quite elaborate, a result of the clientele the Taj Bengal caters to. Desserts range from Fresh Fruits with Cream/Ice Cream to Jasmine Pearl Parfait. This is one of those places which sees the signing of business deals and partnerships. Reservations are advised.

a perfect chinese restaurant where you can have delicious and delectable Pork Dim Sum, Stir-fried Veggies with Mushroom, Golden Corn and Broccoli in Black Pepper Sauce....fares are amazingly cooked and taste awesome.....they serve fast......good presentation of food and an ideal place for date....

Hey this Chinese restaurant offers what exactly you want. Stir-fried Veggies with Mushroom, Golden Corn, Broccoli in Black Pepper Sauce are excellent. Vegetarians can start with the Tofu Tossed with Chinese Sea Salt, dim sums. Good place to spend your day.

Quality is what I would say is the priority of this restaurant. Going in there, I was very happy to see Lotus-pink furnishings and formal table setting. I tried the Tofu Tossed with Chinese Sea Salt and dim sums loved them. The service was very nice and staff was always ready to help you.
