I go to this small, charming but well-stocked pastry shop of The Taj for it's amazing dark chocolate almond rocks (studded with roasted almonds) imported cold cuts and pastries. They keep expanding their repertoire (they even sell wine here) They now have 100 per cent wheat bread, Lodave, and JalapeƱo Bread. Along with that they have added to their menu flourless pastries with almond base and coffee flavour (Queensland Pastry), Sandwiches in Kulcha Bread, Chicken Sausage Puff, Mushroom Puff, Bell Pepper Puff, Mud Cake and Almond Macaroons. I recommend the magnificently fresh, imported cold cuts that I invariably stock up from here - Smoked Ham, Pastrami, German Sausages and more. The selection of cheeses is good too. This is just the place to grab your early morning bakery items: freshly baked breads, croissants, Walnut Bread and Onion Bread. Mango Cheesecake and Almond Pastry with Caramel filling are popular too. They also delight with their sandwiches and new additions like Strawberry Flan, Manchurian Puff, and sugar-free pastry. Check out the Almond Rocks and low-cal chocolates when you're here. All their items can be exquisitely packed as gifts for kids, a baby showers, get well soon hampers and lots more. Premium Indian wines as well as imported wines at MRP are sold here too. You get Lavazza Coffee served here too and yes, they still provide gourmet lunch boxes.
