The tantalizing flavours of Chef Manu Chandra's delightful and adventurous Mediterranean menu races across your taste buds at AD Singh's very relaxed, pristine white venue at Mahalaxmi Race Course. Pan-seared Foie Gras with Apple Compote is well made. Vegetarians can choose from three main courses (Tagine, a Risotto, baked veg Papilote, an interesting Souvalaki and Mushroom Pilaf). The home-made pasta and pizzas are worth trying (no wood-fired oven though), as is the signature Chocolate Fondant, the Flourless Chocolate Pate and Bailey's and White Chocolate Parfait. Check out the three-course (Rs.1,800 plus tax) and two-course (Rs.1,400) Prix Fixe; Sunday Brunch at Rs.1,850 plus taxes (without alcohol Rs.1,500) is a good bet too. As much of an attraction as the delish food, is the rustic, yet buzzing, ambience.
