Terttulia is a strange name which doesn't trip off the tongue too easily. It is apparently a Catalan word for a social gathering of friends, usually at a cafe, and this is exactly what this cafe/restaurant/bar/tapas bar offers. The young, enterprising Imrun Sethi has introduced a lovely hideaway with the help of Eefa Shroff. It feels more like a European cafe in Goa or Bali than in Koregaon Park. The cafe is open-air and is fenced off from the main road. I started with a refreshing Orange 'n' Basil Mojito and also tried the Watermelon Caipiroska and the Dirty Martini - all three were excellent. They do have a decent wine list and a great selection of cocktails. The pizzas are thin-crust. I preferred the Vegetarian Creamy Spinach, Tossed Rucula and Scarmozzarella, which is definitely one of the best pizzas you'll find in this city. There are plenty of really well-thought-out and deftly executed options for vegetarians. Specials change every Friday, important for those who hang out here a lot and look forward to seasonal twists. A real breath of fresh air in the Koregaon Park area and exceptional value for money.

Terttulia, the open air cafe reminds one of some exotic cafe in Goa or any other beach destination. In cocktail do not forget to try out Watermelon Caipiroska and Orange 'n' Basil Mojito. Pizzas at Terttulia tastes awesome with cocktails. This is my regular get together point.
