Get ready for long queues of Chinese food lovers at Mainland China. That it is packed to the seams for the most part of the day only proves that it must be doing something, or rather everything, right. The menu offers plenty of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Go for their Set Menu (Rs.375 plus taxes) or the Emperor Fiesta, a set menu for at least four persons (Rs.375 plus taxes per head). Both of these turn out to be good options. The most popular vegetarian dishes here are Crackling Spinach (Rs.320)and Corn Chilli Pepper (Rs.410). Non-vegetarians can opt for either Tsing Hoi Chicken or Crab Pepper Garlic but the winner clearly is the Spinach-Wrapped Lobster Dumpling. It is a dish to die for, sublime in its simplicity. The Lemongrass-Flavoured Steamed Crab is a clear soup, a sort of Thai-Chinese fusion that works well. The Crispy Chicken with herbal salt is a Schezwan-style preparation, very much like Aromatic Duck. New dishes on the menu include Beijing Duck Rolls, Crispy Fried Soft Shell Crab, Basil-Flavoured Dumpling, Cumin Lamb, etc. The welcoming decor immediately puts a diner at ease and service is prompt and efficient. A visit to Mainland China is highly recommended.

Mainland China can never be wrong in serving authentic Chinese cuisine. This famed chain of restaurant is providing my regular dose of Chinese food. Crab Pepper Garlic, Lobster Dumpling and Tsing Hoi Chicken does not have any comparison with anything else. Mainland China has capture the taste of China and has been successfully serving for you.

This is an amazing place to have Some great Chinese food. Crackling Spinach and Corn Chilli Pepper are very tasty. Non-vegetarians can have either Tsing Hoi Chicken or Crab Pepper Garlic. The service is quite good and the ambiance is also nice. Prices are not very high but you will love to have such nice dishes at this place.
